Maria joined CFS in 2008 as Client Coordinator and has climbed the ranks as a result of her outstanding service to our clients and management skills. Greg Jezard, the President, added “Most recently, she has done an outstanding job as Client Solutions Manager, leading our client solutions team in servicing all CFS direct mail, print, and fulfillment clients. Our client’s work is always handled with our legendary white-glove service, impeccable attention to detail, and commitment thanks to our client solutions team that Maria has led for years.”
As the Director of Client Success, Maria will contribute to our vision and mission by owning all business and operational aspects related to both CFS’ and our client’s growth and success. The “Amazing Client Experience” requires strong leadership, collaboration, a proactive approach, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure our clients and teams are thriving. Maria will play an integral role in the client journey ensuring our clients realize a meaningful return on their investment, are well taken care of, and are successful.
