Meet Kelly – she is our Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. She is an accomplished leader with a background in fulfillment and project management. Kelly is the creator of CFSprocess+, our innovative client-focused business mapping methodology.

How long have you been with CFS?
I started in a part-time capacity 15 years ago this month (April). It really seems like “just yesterday”, but when I started my son was in kindergarten and now he is a sophomore in college!
What is your daily routine?
15 minutes of Yoga as soon as I get up. Once I’m at work, I prioritize my task list and start working through it.
What’s the #1 most played song on your iPod?
I haven’t used my iPod in years, but I am a huge Pandora radio fan. I listen to a Dave Mathews Band station I created pretty much 7 days a week. My favorite “liked” song is an 18-minute version of Dave Mathew’s song “Bartender” that was recorded live during a concert at Fenway Park in 2006.
What was the last movie you went to? What did you think?
My husband and I went to see “Patriots Day” a couple of months ago. Honestly, I wanted to see “Manchester by the Sea”, but my husband wasn’t into it. The 2013 marathon bombing hit close to home for us, as we had a dear friend at Marathon Sports that day. I was wary of the emotional impact the film might have…I was right, I cried through 80% of it. I liked how many first-account facts were woven through the dialogue. Overall, I would say that it was done well.
What was your first job?
I was an assistant dance teacher and character performer for Hanna Barbera for much of my youth. Playing Minnie Mouse was my favorite, but I also played Scooby Doo, and believe it or not, Captain Caveman!
Do you have a favorite moment helping a client?
There are so many that it is hard to pick just one. I would say pulling together the program for Foster Grant is my favorite. From a challenge standpoint, they were really in a bind with their weekly retail support distributions, as the data was extremely detailed and the vendor they were using was weeks behind. Our solution went above and beyond their original needs and our partnership continues to evolve and grow 8 years later.
