We are committed to protecting the health and safety of our staff, clients, partners and families, and those most vulnerable to the Coronavirus, while also adhering to state and federal guidelines.
As of now, CFS plans to remain open but may have to close should circumstances dictate. Our COVID-19 policy is linked here and includes a section on how to communicate with us should there be a shutdown. In summary:
- If a shutdown occurs, customers can communicate with CFS team members via email or by calling our main number, (508) 285-2800.
- When calling our main number, customers can leave a message for an individual employee. Employees will receive an email containing the voicemail message.
- For urgent requests, customers can leave a message on our ‘After Hours Emergency Voice Mailbox’. Members of our management team will receive a text alert as a result of messages left in the emergency voice mailbox.
